One day Andrea was sharing some of her recipes with me and I quickly scribbled them down. She throws a little of this in with a dash of that, so you will just have to get creative with the recipes. Enjoy Cooking!
Italian Potatoes:
Rub oil on whole potatoes & salt. Wrap in foil. Put in oven for 1 hour 350 degrees. Cut in half (longways) 7 scoop out potatoe. Cook hamburger meat and spaghetti sauce. Add scooped potatoes and restuff potato skins. Sprinkle cheese on top and put in oven. You can freeze.....wrap in foil and put in ziplocks.
Pork Chops:
Use large skillet - Cover pork chops with water or chicken broth until done. Make gravy out of broth using canned mushrooms (including liquid from can) and celery (cut into think pieces). Serve pork chops over rice with gravy.(I'm sure she uses seasoning in there somewhere).
Potato Cabbage:
Kilbosa- cut into 2 inch sections
Potatoes- peeled and quartered
Cabbage- chopped
Peel potatoes in half or quarters. Place on bootom of crock pot or large pan. Place cabbage on top of potatoes. Place kilbasa on top of cabbage. Add water to just above potatoes. Cover with lid. Boil til potatoes are done. Add salt, pepper, & butter. Jason loves it with sour cream. This is a really simple and delicious meal. Your on your own with measurements. Andrea just eyeballs it:)
Will post other recipes tomorrow!:)
